By creating an account or using realokate.com or app.realokate.com (the “Service”), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Realokate is a planning and organisation tool for international relocation: tasks, timelines, budgets, documents, and Kate, an AI assistant. The Service is currently in early access — features may change, and paid plans may be introduced (with clear notice before anything starts costing money).
You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for keeping that account secure (we recommend two-factor authentication). You must be at least 18 to use the Service. One account per person; you're responsible for activity under your account.
Everything you add — documents, tasks, household details — remains yours. You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the Service for you (storing, displaying and processing your content at your direction). We claim no other rights, and we never use your content for advertising or to train AI models.
You're responsible for what you upload: only store documents you're legally allowed to hold, and keep your originals — Realokate is a convenience copy, not a certified document service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but it's provided “as is” during early access and we can't promise uninterrupted availability. Your data can be exported (Settings → export) at any time — we encourage regular exports of anything critical.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Subject to that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including missed deadlines, visa outcomes, or financial decisions) arising from use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or AUD $50 if you paid nothing).
You can stop using Realokate at any time — Settings → Delete Account permanently erases your account and all your data, immediately. We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice, giving you time to export.
We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
